How It Works
You receive a detailed monthly invoice.
Whether you have one or many locations, your accounting department will receive a detailed itemized statement for each location. It will reflect all your waste disposal and recycling resource recovery charges. This method of billing reduces the "in house" time spent by facilities, management, purchasing, and accounts payable departments. By managing all your waste and recycling vendors, we eliminate excess time spent on account maintenance allowing you to focus on your company’s more pressing business issue.
CIWA will educate your personnel regarding proper procedures, waste disposal methods, and equipment.
We’ll educate your staff on how to successfully utilize any new waste and recycling methods. We’ll also instruct your staff as to what is and is not recyclable within your company. Lastly, we’ll educate them on how to both maintain and increase the savings.
You can return to other business while CIWA handles all your waste and recycling service needs.
Once you gain a thorough understanding of our program(s), you will be confident that CIWA will handle every aspect of the waste removal arena, including such issues as increases or decreases in service, invoice verification of hauling, hauler rate increases, etc. CIWA also handles any problem situations such as missed pickups, haulers not performing adequately, accounting inquires, etc.
Laws and Regulations
CIWA only works with licensed haulers who adhere to all waste and environmental disposal regulations and meet all local, state, and federal requirements. CIWA is knowledgeable of all applicable local, state, and federal regulations as well as environmental issues nationally. As part of CIWA’s network, we keep you informed of what’s coming and how your company can cost effectively comply with new laws and regulations.
Other Services Include:
Factory direct equipment purchasing and leasing
Without the proper knowledge and equipment, your program’s degree of success will vary. CIWA is here to advise you and monitor your service levels, not sell you equipment. However, the right equipment for the job is important. We’re not equipment sales people. If you don’t need it, we’ll be the first say so. However, if you do need equipment, we can do the shopping and negotiating for you. We do this for our customers on a regular basis and in addition we examine whether it would be better for you to purchase or lease the equipment. CIWA knows what equipment it’ll take to get the job done correctly and cost effectively, as well as, what is the newest technology available in equipment.
Confidential Materials Destruction
For confidential documents or product destruction needs, CIWA again secures volume rates for both on and off site destruction. All of our vendors are bonded and references are scrutinized. We check carefully to make sure the products to be destroyed won’t get circulated onto the “gray market”. The same is true for your documentation destruction needs. Any and all destruction services are documented as to when, where, and by whom it was done. For precious metal and IC recovery, you’ll receive a rebate once the hauling fee is recovered.
CIWA serves business sectors such as hotel complexes, shopping malls, retail stores, office buildings, material processing companies, technology and manufacturing companies, restaurants, and grocery stores. We also have experience serving the public sector including school districts. |
