How It Works
You receive a detailed monthly invoice.
Whether you have one or many locations, your accounting department will receive a detailed itemized statement for each location. It will reflect all your waste disposal and recycling resource recovery charges. This method of billing reduces the "in house" time spent by facilities, management, purchasing, and accounts payable departments. By managing all your waste and recycling vendors, we eliminate excess time spent on account maintenance allowing you to focus on your company’s more pressing business issue.
CIWA will educate your personnel regarding proper procedures, waste disposal methods, and equipment.
We’ll educate your staff on how to successfully utilize any new waste and recycling methods. We’ll also instruct your staff as to what is and is not recyclable within your company. Lastly, we’ll educate them on how to both maintain and increase the savings.
You can return to other business while CIWA handles all your waste and recycling service needs.
Once you gain a thorough understanding of our program(s), you will be confident that CIWA will handle every aspect of the waste removal arena, including such issues as increases or decreases in service, invoice verification of hauling, hauler rate increases, etc. CIWA also handles any problem situations such as missed pickups, haulers not performing adequately, accounting inquires, etc.
Laws and Regulations
CIWA only works with licensed haulers who adhere to all waste and environmental disposal regulations and meet all local, state, and federal requirements. CIWA is knowledgeable of all applicable local, state, and federal regulations as well as environmental issues nationally. As part of CIWA’s network, we keep you informed of what’s coming and how your company can cost effectively comply with new laws and regulations. |
